About Icons

The Icons signed football memorabilia shop was initially part of the popular personal players website of leading footballers www.icons.com. Since its inception in 1999, Icons.com has provided personal, exclusive websites for Ryan Giggs, Dennis Bergkamp, Henrik Larsson and Dirk Kuyt amongst many, many more.

The idea for the icons shop developed due to the great relationships that the Icons team held with these leading players.

We realised that there was a huge demand for 100% authentic and exclusive signed football memorabilia from football fans. Over the past seven years, the Icons team have travelled the world to carry out exclusive signing sessions with the world's greatest ever footballers: Diego Maradona, Pele, Cristiano Ronaldo, Eric Cantona, Fernando Torres, Paul Gascoigne... the list is endless.

To put it bluntly, we are the company that actually meets up with the players.

Our aim is to provide incredible signed memorabilia to our customers, after all, as football fans ourselves, we realise what our products mean to fans of the beautiful game!

Why Buy From Icons?

Icons realise that authenticity is rightly the primary concern for anyone interested in purchasing signed memorabilia. At Icons we only stock memorabilia that is 100 per cent genuine. The vast majority of our memorabilia is from signing sessions that we have organised and carried out with players ourselves. Any other memorabilia that we stock only comes from one or two companies who we know are reputable, that we have long term relationships with, and who provide indisputable proof of authenticity.

We only ever sell original signatures; we never sell reproductions of signatures. All our products are signed in organised signing sessions and the players are always paid a fee, because without the players there would be no memorabilia.

We can guarantee the authenticity of all of our signed memorabilia, as we know when and where every single item was signed and have the proof to support this.

All our products come with the Icons Certificate of Authenticity which gives details of the signing, the date and location of the signing and in the vast majority of cases, also an image of the player signing the product.

Delivery

Unframed items
Items with a value of �40 and over are all shipped through Royal Mail's Guaranteed Signed For delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days so in the UK you should receive your orders within three days of placing them. For international orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We are, however, only human and we also rely on the postal services, so delays occasionally occur. Framed items
Our products are individually framed to order by our specialist framers. In the UK, most framed items arrive within seven working days of your order, but please allow up to 14 days to be sure. Allow an extra three days for orders outside the UK. Please get in touch with us on +44 (0) 20 7446 8823 or customersupport@icons.com if your order is urgent and needed by a particular date or you think it is taking too long to arrive. We have also pre-framed some of most popular products so please call if you wish to purchase at late notice.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/card holder address. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please just give us a call or email us and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

We would advise whenever possible to place orders online, to ensure there are no mistakes in the details provided. If however you would like to place an order over the telephone, please call 0207 446 8823. Please have your card and address details ready.

Returns

We are so proud of our products and confident that you will be equally impressed that we offer a 100 per cent refund policy. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return to us at the address below in re-saleable condition within three days of delivery and we will provide a full refund.
